Welcome to Andre's Corner.
This is a place where I get a chance to share with family and friends. This blog allows me to stay connected to you.
However, this site is not restricted to just "family and friends". Anyone else can read it. You're welcome. I just thought you may find my activities uninteresting if you don't know me at all. Then it dawned on me.
If you take the time to read my old posts by just clicking on different months in the archives section (lower right hand), you'll be surprised how much you'll find out about me. I was surprised myself. Just click on a month, and choose a post.
I have made at least one post every month since I've started this blog back in 2008. I almost stopped keeping the blog because I really thought no one reads it. Then I said to myself, maybe people are just afraid to make comments. And even if no one comes, it will be my own little journal with pictures.
In case you just stumble on this blog by accident, please don't just turn around and leave without saying a word. If you like a post, or a picture, or video, by all means, make a comment. I'd love to hear from you. Of course, your comments will be on the posts not on this welcome page.
When you look at the posts on this blog, you'll notice how little comments they get. If you knew how rewarding it is for a blogger to receive comments, you'll make some. Well, bloggers like comments. It tells me personally that I'm not just wasting my time. Sometimes I'll tweak a post many times before I'll publish it (after midnight!). Just for you.
Last but not least. If this is your first time here, please let me know if you find it interesting or boring, or selfish, funny or cool, or ...whatever. I'll appreciate a feedback. And if you keep a blog yourself, let me know. I'll return the favor.
